Good morning!Had some issues with black ice in Mercer County, PA this morning; there was likely some very shallow fog around that led to moisture freezing on surfaces.Today is off to a fairly sunny start but we expect more clouds later as a weak system track our way.thisamThis thing is moisture-starved so there won't be much rain with it....a shower here and there and maybe not much more than sprinkles in spots.
